30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached in a resalable condition.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@glimmerons.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with clear return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@glimmerons.shop
 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges
We currently support exchanges only in the following cases: items damaged during transit, incorrect items shipped, or sizing issues. To request an exchange, simply email us with your order number and details of the issue, and our team will assist you further.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing timeline.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Discount Code Policy
Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for missed or unused discount codes once the order has been placed.
